I've
heard that there is a single serving recipe. What is it?
One
of our consumers created this. In a small microwaveable container mix 2 tablespoons of your
favorite flavor No Pudge! Brownie
mix with 1 tablespoon of non-fat vanilla yogurt. Microwave on high for one minute. Top with
fat-free frozen yogurt or whipped topping. Tastes like a warm, fudgy brownie pudding - Yum!!!

Can
I make these with flavored yogurt?
Sure,
but most people find that the flavor of the yogurt doesn't really come through because the
chocolate flavor is so strong. Adding yogurt with fruit pieces in it (for example cherry
vanilla), does add an interesting and yummy twist to the brownies!

How
long will they stay fresh and do they freeze well?
Well
wrapped in the fridge, they will keep for at least a week. They freeze beautifully - in
fact a lady in Vermont who is on a diet wrote and told me that she bakes the brownies then cuts
the pan into 32 pieces, wraps them individually and puts them in the freezer. When she gets a
craving for something sinful, she takes one out and either eats it as is or crumbled over
vanilla frozen yogurt.

Can
I add walnuts?
Sure!
If you add ¼ cup of chopped walnuts to the batter, you've added about 20 grams. of fat. Sounds
bad, but if you cut the pan into 16 servings, that's only 1.25 grams. of fat per 2-inch square
brownie. Still a very low fat brownie and remember, walnuts don't add any cholesterol!

Is
there any caffeine in a No Pudge! brownie?
Chocolate
does contain some caffeine naturally, so there is some caffeine in them. Our Cappuccino Fudge
Brownie Mix is made with Brazilian Dark Roast Coffee, so the caffeine in those brownies is
higher than in the others.

Are
there any nuts in No Pudge! brownies?
There
are no nuts or nut by-products in any of the brownie flavors and there are no nut products run
on our line or in the section of the building that the brownies are made.

What
is the expiration date of the mix?
On the bottom of the box
there is a set of embossed numbers. This is the Julian Date that the mix was produced.
(example: 1542-3 - The first 3 numbers are the number of days into the year - 154 would be
June 3rd - the 4th number is the last number of the year - 2 would mean 2002 - the last digit is
the lot number) No Pudge! brownie mixes have a 1 year shelf life.
